In 1831 a 21 year old charles Darwin discovered elvolution. Charles Darwin noticed how different finches beaks looked from each other. He was on the HMS beagle and there on the ship he formed the Theory of Evolution. Charles Darwin wrote the book called On the Origin Of Species by Means of Natural Selection.
The 4 parts of Natural Selection are Overproduction, inherited Variation, Struggle to Survive, and Successful Reproduction. Natural Selection is the process by which indivuals that are better adapted to their enviorment survive and reproduce more successfully than less well adapted indivuals do; a theory to explain the mechanism of evolution.
Overproduction is when eggs hatch then have to try to survive and devolpe into adult animals.
Inherited Variation is every indiviual has their own traits, each animal is either similar to not identical
Struggle to Survive is when the animal has to try to survive and not get eaten
Successful Reproduction is the animals that is best adapted to the environment will have offsprings that will survive
